upLIFT Fitness is a strength and conditioning studio built for anyone who wants to get stronger, feel confident, and train with purpose. Our mission is to create a space where people of all backgrounds and experience levels feel supported — not overwhelmed — and can build lasting strength with coaches who genuinely care about their progress.

We focus on evidence-based training that follows a structured, progressive approach. No random workouts. No guessing. Every class and program is intentionally designed around progressive overload, helping you build strength, improve performance, and see real, measurable results over time. Through full-body strength training, conditioning sessions, 1:1 coaching, and practical nutrition support, we help members develop sustainable routines that fit their real lives.

Courtney is a certified strength and conditioning coach helping women build strength, confidence, and a balanced relationship with fitness. With a background in exercise science and years of coaching experience, she blends evidence-based training with a supportive, sustainable approach. After overcoming her own struggles with confidence and nutrition, she now empowers women to feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies through both in-person and online programs.
