Classes are capped to ensure personalized attention in every workout. Perfect for all experience levels β€” our coaches scale and modify every movement to meet you where you are. This is the heart of upLIFT Fitness and the program most members call home.

    One-on-one sessions with a dedicated coach who builds a program around your specific goals, movement patterns, and schedule. Whether you're rehabbing an injury, preparing for a sport, or just want focused attention β€” personal training gives you the most direct path to results. Every session is tailored entirely to you.

    SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

    SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

    Train with a small group of 2–4 people and get the benefits of personalized coaching at a more accessible price point. Great for couples, friends, or anyone who wants more individualized attention than a group class but enjoys training with others. You'll get a custom plan with the energy of a team.

    For experienced members who want to follow their own programming or get extra work in outside of class times. Full access to the facility and equipment during designated open gym hours. Train on your own terms with all the tools you need.
